The Guam Community College Secondary Marketing program is designed to prepare high school students for a career in Marketing. Students learn entry-level and career-advancement skills as they are trained in retailing, selling, visual merchandising and display, purchasing, pricing, customer relations, promotions, communications, and technology. This is a three-year program in the Guam Department of Education high schools. Students completing the program with a grade of 70% or higher for each semester will receive a Certificate of Completion. Students who complete the program with a grade of 80% or higher for each semester and complete 180 hours of Work Experience program will receive a Certificate of Mastery and will qualify to receive college credits at Guam Community College with a DCAPS (Dual Credit Articulated Program of Study) application.
